Excellent stay
great variety high quality friendly staff
The food was really good across all restaurants. The variety was excellent and the quality was always high. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with requests. The hotel's cleanliness was also notable. The rooms and public areas were well-kept.

The pool area had ample loungers and shaded spots available. The gym featured updated equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. There was also a business center equipped with computers and a selection of books.

The all-inclusive package included many great food and drink choices. The buffet offered various delicious options every day. A la carte restaurants provided excellent dining experiences (i really enjoyed the asian!).

The check-in process was quick and seamless upon arrival. The reception, restaurant, and bar teams were all helpful. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms. I appreciated the daily chocolate.

fantastic stay with a minor hiccup
general cleanliness pool sea view wine bottle
the cleanliness of this hotel impressed me. i got upgraded to a pool sea view. sandwiches were in the fridge and a bottle of wine in the room awaited me as i checked in late. chocolate was left on my pillow every day.
kanika resorts may have slightly taken their eye off the ball with regards to the customer experience. i am not sure if i will return in the near future. it was disappointing that the evening shows are still all the same with no new additions, repetitive.

the location is great, being approximately one mile from the harbor. it is easy to walk and explore because of the flat seafront and small bay. you can access the sea easily outside the hotel.

the hotel complex is very large with many spaces . there are a variety of restaurants on the premises. you will find bars and pool bars available for your convenience. the hotel also allocates sunbeds to you.

the staff are friendly and willing to assist you always. the guest relations team ensured my husband's intolerance was fully catered for. they were pretty good too ensure we had a lovely stay and always with a smile.

The food is of a very high standard with lovely choices. the a la carte restaurants maintain this high standard of quality. the italian restaurant was wonderful. the asian restaurant is a must-visit because it has a children's menu.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I had a seaview room. there were welcome cards and chocolates in my room. the housekeeping and turn-down service were excellent. complimentary soft drinks are restocked daily. lots of water.

Fantastic Stay With Minor Hiccup
sunbed allocation food variety themed dinners
The resort offered a sunbed allocation system that I found excellent. It eliminated the usual morning rush for prime spots. The food variety was good. I especially enjoyed the themed dinners and the fresh seafood options.
The entertainment room was not big enough for the audience. This led to some crowding during the shows.

The pool area includes multiple pools, a lazy river, and several waterslides suitable for all ages. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There's also a dedicated kids' club with supervised activities available.
